DGS Advanced Training Center is a Drake Authorized Testing Center. Currently, candidates pursuing certification in the call center and e-business industries can utilize DGS’s facilities to take their certification exams online. Drake Kryterion is also working with a number of other associations to develop and distribute additional career path certifications throughout the DATC network in the coming months.
